I loved the location! Super close to Christmas markets 🎄 and everything is within walking distance. The room was clean, but sadly, the bathroom door didn't function well. A nice stay!

City bus ticket favour was surprised me. Hot drinks possibility in the rooms are also good for relaxing.

Just an ideal choice for a cursory stop in Basel with reasonable value. I received a voucher for free public transport around the city. Make sure to enjoy the indoor pool, even if it's a bit chilly.

Extremely friemdly staff, we could keep the Room until 3pm without paying a Supplement (Weekend), very quiet Room in Central location, Nice and huge indoor Pool

Upon becoming a member of Carlson Club, you geet a special treatment in form of treats such as Swiss chocolates and a post card with your name waiting for you in your room. Pool facilities as well as sauna/steam room are amazing.

Very quiet location but close to the center. Room was spacious and clean.
The staff were not that friendly and I requested a babybed but they didn't provide it..... I was woken up in the middle of the night with a wrong room service...

The hotel is situated conveniently near the shopping district and major sightseeing attractions.
Our room was perfectly comfortable and met our needs but it was very basic. It seems to have been put together on a budget.

The location was perfect for exploring the Theater Basel and the beautiful Münster Cathedral, both within walking distance. The staff were super friendly, and we loved the breakfast spread-plenty to choose from. We also enjoyed the free public transport pass the hotel provided!
Our room had a minor issue with the bathroom sliding door not closing properly, a bit annoying but didn't ruin our stay.

I liked the room; it was nicely decorated and brand-new with shower and access to the train station, for instance. Close to a bus stop, the location was beautiful and good, perfect on the edge of center. The entire staff were very helpful and attentive
